FASE1 is completely independently owned and operated entertainment company exclusively distributed by FONTANA DISTRIBUTION a UMVD Company. JF and JP co-founders of Fase1 wanted to create a company that thinks out of the box and operates beyond established industry standards. We at Fase1 embrace and utilize existing technology to the fullest and are open to new technologies and non-traditional distribution points that reach the consumer in new and meaningful ways. We at FASE1 believe the streets, the tastemakers and the consumers are our marketing partners.

Here at FASE 1 we understand that our music and content our second to none. The synergy between great administration and creative are what gives us a true opportunity to succeed in this "business" of music. We have a great family of artists and sub-labels that are under our umbrella. We here at FASE 1 have the Microsoft philosophy when it comes to sharing information with our partners.
